Does this action figure remind you of anyone?! Whilst he may look remarkably like US President Barack Obama, the manufacturers Hot Toys have opted for a generic product name on this 12 inch action figure and are calling him “True-Type Figure Body (African American) - Advanced Version”.
Advanced he may well be, as the True-Type body features over 38 points of articulation and a long list of features including, somewhat bizarrely, detachable thigh muscles (don't ask...) and two sets of bendable and interchangeable palms, one of which is designed for holding a gun.
All most people are mentioning on the Internet these days, however, is the fact that they clean forgot to issue him with any clothes! There is a very good reason for this apparently, as the 1:6 scale figure is intended as the perfect starting point for adding or designing your own 1:6 scale fabric costumes or accessories to create your own unique custom action figure.
