The original five Star Trek  action figures to be released by Mego in 1974 were Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock, Dr. McCoy (aka Bones), Mr. Scott (aka Scottie), and last, but by no means least...the Klingon! They were the first 8 inch Mego figures to be available exclusively on blister cards rather than boxes. These cards were later updated to include Lieutenant Uhura although she was excluded from what is consequentially an extremely rare U.S.S. Enterprise Gift Set featuring only the original five vintage Star Trek action figures.
