The figure is part of the Movie Masterpiece Series by Hot Toys and if the pre-release photographs are anything to go by this really is a masterpiece – the newly sculpted head is an excellent likeness of Brad Pitt and is hand painted, with a movie-accurate facial expression with every detail included – wrinkles, skin texture, realistic hairstyle and facial hair. The painting is by the immensely talented Korean action figure paint artist J C Hong and the sculpt by the equally brilliant Kojun, the absolute maestro of 1/6 scale sculpture.
